Evans Consulting Publications Launches Six Journals to Give Cameroonian Researchers an Indexed Home

Named-editor review, free indexing and permanent Crossref DOIs are now available to researchers across Cameroon and Africa.

Evans Consulting Publications (ECP) has launched as one of the first Cameroonian publishing houses for indexed academic work. Six journals are live and accepting submissions.

The journals cover Religious Studies & Integration, Theology, Business & Management, Education, Psychology and Mathematics.

What ECP offers researchers

Each paper is reviewed by a named editor who answers for the decision. ECP labels its publications by status, so readers can tell a journal article from a preprint or working document before they cite it. Indexing is free, and every accepted original paper receives a permanent Crossref DOI under prefix 10.68427. ECP is a registered Crossref member.

For lecturers, postgraduate students and independent researchers, this gives their work a stable, citable record that can be found by readers inside and outside Cameroon.

The people behind it

The editorial board includes Dr. Neba Noela Buwah and Dr. Sigimi Fidelis Vernyuy, both Editors of the ECP Journal of Business & Management, and Rev. Dr. Gideon Ngi Nganyu, Editor of the ECP Journal of Theology and the ECP Journal of Psychology. The advisory board includes Prof. Victor Mbarika, ICT4D and Digital Transformation Founder and President of the Board at ICT University, Yaoundé, and Rev. Dr. Mbongko George, Board Advisor for Theology and Homiletics.

"Every paper I accept carries my name and my standards," said Dr. Buwah.

Prof. Mbarika said: "Africa's scholarship needs infrastructure that is honest about what it is and excellent at what it does. ECP is that infrastructure."

Evans Kongnyuy, [title], said the platform exists "so Cameroonian research gets published with its name on the review honestly, permanently, and affordably."

Why it matters for education

Research written in Cameroonian universities often struggles to reach readers because it has no indexed outlet close to home. ECP gives students and academics a local route to publication, and it gives teachers and policymakers a growing body of Cameroonian work to draw on.

How to submit

Researchers can submit their work at research.kongnyuyevans.com or by email to research@kongnyuyevans.com.
